Item Condition & Final Sales
All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect items and confirm measurements before purchasing. Vintage and previously owned items may show signs of age, wear, or use.

Payment
We accept Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Full payment is required before an item may be removed, shipped, or held for pickup.

Pickup
All purchases must be picked up within 24 hours of purchase unless shipping has been arranged. Please coordinate your pickup time and bring an appropriate vehicle, including a truck for larger items.

Moving & Loading
Buyers are responsible for providing the help, equipment, and packing materials needed to safely move and transport their purchases. Loading assistance is not provided.

Item Availability
Items are available on a first-paid basis. An inquiry or expression of interest does not reserve an item.

Missed Pickup
If you cannot meet the 24-hour pickup deadline, contact us before the deadline to request an extension. Extensions must be approved by Rich Auntie’s Estate Purge.
