All purchased items are your responsibility to remove from the property and they must be removed during the hours of operation. Bring any tools you may need to remove items or appliances.

Loading and moving is a responsibility of the buyer, to include moving heavy items. You are responsible to carry items out to your vehicle.

No children under the age of 15.

Dealers must present valid Sales Tax exempt certificate.

By entering premises, you are waiving liability on the part of Refreshed & Rejuvenated, LLC, the homeowner and it’s Employees. Not responsible for accidents.

Everything is sold as is, no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please check all merchandise before purchase.

1.      Capacity Limit: For everyone’s safety, we are limiting the capacity of our sales. Expect to wait in line during busy times. Your patience is appreciated, and please come prepared for the weather.
2.      Shopping Duration: Please be mindful of how long you’re shopping. We want everyone to have a chance to visit our sale. Our crew will monitor your stay and remind you to make your way to the checkout.
3.      Oversized Items: If you’re purchasing oversized items like appliances or furniture, please be prepared to safely disassemble or remove them from the home. Our crew will not provide labor for this.
4.      Buying in Bulk: If you plan to buy in bulk (e.g., plate/glassware), please bring your own boxes. We provide some packing material at the checkout.
5.      Allergies and Caution: Be aware that if you have allergies to pets, plants, or insects, take caution during your visit.
