• If you do not want to pay sales tax you must present a paper copy of your valid Resale Sales and Use License.
• No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property.
• All items are sold AS IS and all SALES ARE FINAL.
• Cash/Master Card/Discover/VISA are the ONLY forms of payment accepted. Please bring the proper form of payment. There is a 3% convenience fee when you use a credit card.
• If you buy it make sure you can move it yourself. We simply sell the treasures we are NOT movers.
** NO BIG PURSES must fit into a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper to come into the house
