SHIPPING
We do not ship but will help coordinate shipping via LiveShipping or with alternative shipping arrangements made by the buyer. All sold items will be personally and carefully tendered by us to the buyer or shipper. Buyer pays shipping cost.

A suggested alternative shipper is Maryam (713) 868-1003, store4340@theupsstore.com, at UPS Store 4340, located at 5535 Memorial Dr., Ste F., Houston, TX 77007. Maryam will pick up, box and ship the items via UPS.

For reasonably priced hand to hand deliveries of larger or multiple items within the Houston, Dallas and Austin areas, we suggest Steinsholt Delivery, www.SteinsholtDelivery.com, (346) 402-6427, steinsbt@gmail.com.

And, of course, buyer pick up is welcome and encouraged.

PAYMENT
Buyer's Premium is 15%. Payment must be made through the LiveAuctioneers portal only and within 3 days after the end of the auction.

OTHER
1. All prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine any property which they are interested in prior to the commencement of the auction. All items are available for viewing by appointment. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits. All items are sold as is/where is.

2. The high bidder determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of the lot offered. Fossils and Gemstones of Houston reserves the right to reject any bid. In the event of any dispute, LiveAuctioneers' record of the bids shall be accepted as conclusive.

3. Fossils and Gemstones of Houston reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time before bidding commences to withdraw any lot.

4. At the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the bidder thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility for the property, including the obligation to immediately pay the full price plus commissions, shipping (if sought) and all/any applicable sales taxes.

5. The property is sold in "as is,where is" condition and without recourse, and Fossils and Gemstones of Houston makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to catalog description, attribution, authenticity, provenance, origin, size, age or condition of any of the property offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, prior to the auction, to examine the property and make a determination as to the value, condition, description, authenticity, provenance, origin, size and age of the property.

6. Due to limited storage space for sold items, Fossils and Gemstones of Houston requires that arrangements for the pick-up or shipment of purchased items be completed within 30 days of the auction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Pick up appointments must be made prior to arrival and weekend appointments are available. Please remember, once an item has sold, it is stored at the buyer's risk. Fossils and Gemstones of Houston reserves the right to charge a fee of $5 per day, per item, if not removed within 30 days from date of sale. Items not removed after 60 days, may, at the discretion of Fossils and Gemstones of Houston, be considered abandoned and resold without notice to the original purchaser.
