1. Sale Overview
This is a private estate sale held at 6515 Minola Street at 9am-3pm on Saturday March 22, 2025. Entry is by invitation only. All attendees agree to the following terms and conditions by participating in the sale.

2. Payment & Pricing
• All sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
• Prices are as marked. Negotiation is at the seller’s discretion.
• Payments accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo. No personal checks will be accepted.

3. Item Condition & Liability
• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing.
• The seller is not liable for any damage or injury occurring on the property during the sale.

4. Holding & Pickup Policy
• Items may be held at sellers discretion with full payment.
• Large items must be picked up by end of sale day.
• Buyers must bring their own help and transportation for moving heavy or large items.

5. Entry & Conduct
• The seller reserves the right to deny entry or ask anyone to leave at their discretion.
• Please be respectful of the home and property. No large bags or backpacks allowed.

6. No Holds or Pre-Sales
• Items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise agreed.
• No early entry or previews unless explicitly arranged.

7. Security & Surveillance
• For safety and security, cameras may be in use during the sale.
• Any theft or damage to property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Agreement to Terms
By attending the sale, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
