TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bidding & Registration
By bidding, you agree to all terms. All bidders must register with valid information. The Auctioneer may approve or deny bidders at their discretion. All bids are final and binding.

2. Buyer?s Premium & Taxes
A Buyer?s Premium will be added to all winning bids. Sales tax applies unless a valid resale certificate is provided before invoicing.

3. Payment
Invoices must be paid prior to receipt of item. Accepted payment listed. Unpaid invoices may result in cancellation, relisting, or banning from future auctions.

4. Item Condition
All items are sold **AS?IS, WHERE?IS** with **no warranties**. Descriptions and photos are provided as a courtesy and may not reflect every detail. It is the bidder?s responsibility to review all information before bidding.

5. Pickup
All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window in details. Bring your own help, tools, and packing materials. Items not picked up may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.

6. Shipping
Shipping is available. Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. The Auctioneer is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss.

7. All Sales Final
No refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

8. Liability
The Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages related to purchased items or pickup.

9. Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved at the Auctioneer?s discretion. Jurisdiction: Houston, Texas

10. Agreement
By bidding, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
