MASSIVE! 4 HUGE STORAGE UNITS FULL WITH ANTIQUES, COLLECTIBLES & MORE

 Hi, this is Greg Goins of Treasure Hunt Auction and Estare Sales. A few months ago, I thought it would be a great idea to buy the contents of four storage units. 3 of the units (I will get dimensions tomorrow) are huge, and one medium sized unit.

 I own the contents of these units. About a month ago, I started an Estate Sale clearance center in Cypress. After stocking the office space and double warehouse, I bought a large Baseball Card abd comic book collection. After that, the contents of a Jewelry Store as well. I have no time to deal with the storage units. I want them GONE This Thursday. I have opened 60% or so of the boxes that have sat for 20 years or so. I am tired of these dusty items. We cleaned some of the antiques and pulled out hundreds of items in one of the 4 units. This unit will be sold as is with everything inside.

 The second and third units have not been cleaned, many boxes still closed with some open just to give a basic idea what is in them. There are many antiques, smalls, art, collectibles including a ton of these furry Olympic characters in mint condition.

 Unit #4 is dusty, dirty but has boxes, antiques and much more.

 I will post some pictures of the units. I will allow brief looks inside (no digging) before we start bidding. There may be a few lots sold outside the units of baseball cards and comic books. These were not part of these warehouses, but will help me reduce the inventory in my new spot in Cypress. They will be sold in comic boxes and baseball, football & basketball boxes. Comics by the hundreds, cards by the thousands. All of this should take less than an hour. 

 YOU MUST REGISTER TO BID. A REFUNDABLE $100 IS REQUIRED TO BID. 

IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER, YOU WILL HAVE ONE WEEK TO REMOVE EVERYTHING, OR RENT THE SPACE YOURSELF.

 THERE WILL BE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM APPLIED TO ALL WINNING BIDS. THE CONTANTS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTEE OR GUARANTEE IMPLIED OR GRANTED. 

The photos are a random mix of all four units. There are many many items not pictured. There are many unsearched boxes, I am sure that some are junk, others will be very nice.

Please arrive before the auction begins so you can sign in and bid right away. If you are late, you can still join the Auction and bid. If you want to contact me, I can register you and take the deposit over the phone. 100% refundable if you do not attend or buy anything at the Auction.
