Our total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item. By participating in the sale, buyers acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks associated with purchasing and removing items from the sale premises. Buyers are responsible for any damage or injury resulting from their participation. Please bring your own moving supplies (bags, boxes, tools, etc) to remove purchased items as none will be provided.
