1. Buyer’s Premium: A 14% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all items.
2. As-Is Sale: All items are sold “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items before bidding.
3. No Load-Out Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal and loading of their purchased items. We do not provide any assistance with load-out. 4. Pickup and Disposal: All items must be picked up on the specified pickup date. If items are not picked up within this time frame, or if prior arrangements have not been made, a disposal fee will be charged to the buyer.
