This is a gated community in which a gate code will be needed to access the entrance. The gate code will be posted the first day of the sale on the keypad. You will only be able to use the main entrance on Eden Road, lookout for our yellow "Epoca Estate Sales" street sign.
This will be the second and final sale at this property. There are still beautiful items available and additional items have been added. There are no pre-sales and we do not discuss prices prior to the sale or during the sale. Prices are only disclosed in-person at our sales only. New pictures will be added daily.
