This is a three-day sale beginning November 20th as an Estate Sale starting at 3 pm until 7 pm.

Estate sale November 21st starts at 1pm until 7 pm.

Auction November 22nd start time 10 am until all is sold.

All items not sold in Estate Sale first two days of the sale will be auctioned off to the highest bidder on the 3rd day as auction only.

5 vehicles to be sold, Clear titles will be guaranteed, but due to estate administrator it may take 15 to 30 days to receive titles. Your funds will be held in escrow until you receive titles. GUNS, Gun safes, tools, appliances, furniture, pool table, neon bar signs, jewelry, patio furniture, riding mower, bronze statues, Waterford crystal, display cabinets, office desk, and so much more.

All bidders will need to bring a bank letter of guarantee funds for purchases over $2,500.00. Checks requirements will need to have two forms of identifications.
