**The entrance to the estate sale will be through South Shore Blvd and Masters Drive. Altern access is through South Shore Blvd and Admiral Drive.

1. All items / sales / are sold "Sold - As Is," and are not guaranteed to be in working order.

2. You must bring your own help to move furniture, we will not provide any help moving. We will NOT help you move any large item(s) during or after the sale.

3. We DO NOT hold any item(s).

4. NO PURSES LARGER THAN A WALLET.

5. Nicole's Nook and/or the homeowner(s) are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries on the property.

6. NO UNATTENDED CHILDREN. Children must remain with a parent or guardian.

7. Sales start at posted hours; Never before.

8. Please No food or drinks, this is not our nor your house, be respectful.

9. You break; you pay.

10. Unless we are standing in front of an item while setting up, chances are very strong we do not know the price or measurements.

11. No public restrooms are available!
