�� Payment & Pricing
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. We currently do not accept credit cards, checks, or other forms of digital payment.
• Pricing: All items are priced as marked. Prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. We will consider reasonable offers on the final day, typically after 12:00PM.
• All Sales Final: All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, or refunds. Please inspect all items thoroughly before purchasing.
��️ Pickup & Removal
• Assistance Required: Buyers are responsible for the safe and timely removal of all purchased items, including furniture, large appliances, and heavy boxes.
• Bring Help: Please bring your own help to load heavy furniture. Our staff is not authorized or insured to assist with lifting or loading large/heavy items.
• Transportation: Buyers must provide their own tools, moving blankets, straps, and transportation vehicles necessary for removal.
• Removal Deadline: All purchased items must be removed from the property by Sunday, November 23rd by 1:00PM. Any items remaining after this deadline will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

• Entry at Your Own Risk: By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.
• Liability Waiver: The homeowner and the estate sale organizer are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness (including COVID-19) that may occur on or near the property. Please watch your step, especially in the garage and tile inside due to the rainy weather.
• Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Handling Items: Please be careful when handling items. If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for purchasing it at the marked price.

• Holding Items: Due to the nature of estate sales, we generally do not hold items unless they have been fully paid for.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are not available for public use.
