* All sales are FINAL. Please make sure the furniture, picture or clothing fits as we cannot offer refunds.

* We will not offer advance sales.

* No public restrooms are available and we kindly ask children remain with a parent at all times.

* Please be careful with merchandise; should you break an item(s), you must pay for that item.

* We close at 5:00 on Saturday; purchases must be PICKED UP and finalized by that time.
