This one is DIFFERENT.
And around here, different can be a whole lot of fun.
After 28 years in the same spot, Kim & Jim have accumulated... well... STUFF. Lots and lots of really interesting stuff.
This sale is part estate sale, part RV park cleanout, part workshop, part collector’s hunt, part “we forgot we even had that,” and a VERY large part treasure hunt.
There is honestly no telling what you might find.

Normally we can give you a pretty tidy description of an estate sale.
Not this time.
There are items from an estate. There are things associated with the RV park. And there are 28 years' worth of things accumulated by Kim & Jim, the RV park owners.
That makes this sale wonderfully unpredictable.
You may walk in looking for a wrench and leave with a vintage military model.
You may come for Corningware and discover gold jewelry.
You may need an RV part and somehow find yourself wondering where you're going to put your new sauna.
We make no promises about how this happens. 😄
There is simply too much here, and too much variety, for us to list everything.
