Wild Texas Ranch Farm and Equipment Auction - Longview, Tx

* Terms:  Cash, Wire Transfer,  Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. Cash or Wire Only for any amount over $500 and all vehicles and Equipment.
* Auction Method: Online
* Preview: Online and in person on Sept 26 from 10-4pm
* Bidding Period: Now thru _______  Saturday Sept 27 (Close) Starts closing at NOON CST
* Pickup: Day after auction close which is ___ Sunday Sept 28 from 10-4pm (See notes for later pickups)

* Extended Pickup - No more than 14 days from auction close, only if paid for by end of  day after close. Then pickup must be arranged by special appointment only. Call if you need Monday - ONLY for Bank Wires for Large Invoices. (Vehicles Etc)

* Holdover & Later Pickup Available for items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees)  Also must have appointment.

* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount  on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. 

* Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. 

* Large Invoices:  Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. Also any Gold Silver or Bullion invoices will also be Wire Only.

Vehicles: All vehicles, Machinery and Equipment are Cash, Cashier's Check., or Wire.(No Cards)

* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment Including Dollys (some items are heavy).   Please bring your own boxes and packing material, Containers, Totes, etc

* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.

* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for cash if picked up on pickup day

* Reserve: Many  items do have a reserve in this auction. Please bid accordingly

* Note: Some items may not be available for shipping. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE BIDDING

* Shipping:  (IWhen Available)  Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation. ($20 minimum invoice for shipping)

* Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close.  No exemptions accepted on pickup day.

* Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet or vehicle.
