There are seven (7) buildings on this property. Each building is listed below with content descriptions.

Make sure you bring good shoes. You will be walking - this is a large property. There is a lot of uneven terrain and rocky paths. KNOW YOUR LIMITATIONS. Plan to stay awhile - bring your own drinks and snacks. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM.

No stepping stones, timber or affixed item will be for sale as well as items marked with red tape or Not For Sale signs.

Any family items (photos, memorabilia, paperwork, etc.) found must remain on property. Please turn in to a Loved & Listed staff member.

Bring your own packing materials such as wrapping paper & boxes. We will NOT be wrapping items at this sale. It will be your responsibility to wrap and carry your items out. Checkouts will be in limited in space.

You will also be responsible for loading your items and taking them to your vehicle.
