Sales tax will be collected. If you are a reseller or tax-exempt, please bring your valid certificate number or completed exemption form. Resellers, please be prepared to complete the form for every sale. We do not keep tax forms on file. Please bring help to load large items. All purchases must be removed from the location at the time of sale. You will be responsible for purchasing any items broken or damaged. Uneven walking surfaces may be present. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Everything is sold as-is, where-is. ALL SALES FINAL, no refunds or exchanges. Please do not block driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes. Park in the direction of traffic only.
