You will need to bring help to move & load heavy/large items for this sale. We will assist as much as possible during the sale.
We accept Cash, all Credit Cards), and Zelle, (NO CHECKS) A 3.99% merchant charge will be added to the final sale of all Credit Card transactions.
All items are purchased as is - Please let us help you check the working condition of any electrical, etc. items before you purchase - NO RETURNS
Sales tax will be collected at check out.
TAX EXEMPT customers ~ MUST have a copy (we will not take a picture or have forms there to fill out) to leave with us for our files. If you do not have a copy for us you WILL PAY SALES

This is a unique sale! Along with the normal estate items, we have a horse stable built by J.W.Hall. The stalls along with everything else on the ranch will be for sale. We will have more pictures of the ranch coming soon. If you are interested in buying the stables please contact as soon as possible, It will have to be removed by November 1, 2025.
