Tucker Estate Auction

ETX Liquidation has been commissioned to liquidate the estate of Bill Tucker in Elysian Fields. There is something for everyone in this sale. John Deere tractor, oil field pipe, fishing boat, Bolt Bin, Anvil, tractor implements, cast iron, Pyrex, furniture, Jim bean decanters , Polaris 4 wheeler, tools and anything to do with a shop. Pickup will be in Elysian Fields and address released day of auction close for preview, Preview will be Saturday 3/29 from 12-3. Pickup will be Sunday 3/30 12-5pm. For some of the larger items to get arrangements can be made. Everything is sold AS IS with no guarantee of how it operates. We listed everything to best of out ability. Sales Tax is charged unless ag exempt, or reseller certificate on file. There is a 15% buyers premium. We take Cash, all major credit cards. Please call Kyle at 903-452-9877 for any other questions.

Condition: You are buying As is, where is without guarantees implied or otherwise. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the item for condition evaluation. No returns are accepted for any reason.

Sales Tax: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information to etxliquidation@yahoo.com. No exemptions will be accepted after the auction closes. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. All applicable sales tax will be collected.

Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. Please bring your own boxes and packing material!

Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 2 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 2 minutes.
