This sale is overflowing with rare finds and unique treasures, offering something for everyone. Whether you're a collector, bargain hunter, or just looking for something special, prepare to be amazed—this sale will blow you away!

Important Guidelines:
�� No Children or Strollers – For safety reasons, this sale is not suitable for little ones.
�� No Large Purses, Bags, or Backpacks – Please leave these items at home for security reasons.
�� Best to Bring Cash – Internet might be shaky due to the barn’s rural location.
�� No Pets Allowed
�� Plastic Card Payments – No card payments under $25.
�� All Items Sold "As Is / Where Is" – No refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your treasures carefully before purchasing.
⚠️ Accidents & Injury – We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while you are at the sale.
�� Sales Tax – Required on all purchases. Resellers, please bring your pre-filled tax exemption form to the sale.
�� No Public Restroom – All areas are being used for display and storage, and security cameras are in place.
�� Security – Security cameras are in use 24/7 starting 3 weeks before the sale. A security officer will be on-site during the sale week.
�� Valuables Removed Nightly – All valuables are removed from the property each evening. No gold, silver, or coins at this sale.
�� No Personal Shopping Bags or Large Purses – Use only the tags we provide for larger items. If you tag it, pull a price tag, or place it in the hold area—you buy it!
�� Bring Your Own Boxes, Bags, and Wrapping – Supplies run low quickly.
�� No Pricing Questions Before the Sale – We cannot answer questions about pricing or availability ahead of time except for large-ticket items like vehicles.
�� Bring Your Own Help for Loading – We do not load cars. Make arrangements for large item pickup after the sale. MONDAY= Pick Up Day for large furnishings, items, and appliances.
