Exclusive Fairview Gated Community Sale-Buy Online, Pickup in Person!

SHOP ONLINE • PICK UP & SHOP BY APPOINTMENT

This sale is located in a gated community and will not be open to the public.

Although this sale is advertised on EstateSales.NET, all advance purchases must be made through EstateSaleFinder.net. Purchase items there, then select a pickup time on one of the three available pickup days. During your pickup visit, you may also shop for items that remain available.

Pickup Times Are Strict

Please arrive at your designated pickup time. If you arrive early, wait outside until your scheduled time.

All purchases must be picked up during the designated pickup times on the three available days. Items not collected by the end of the final pickup day will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed purchases.

Before purchasing, please make sure you can pick up every item during the available pickup times. We cannot hold items beyond those times.

There are no exceptions—including for longtime shoppers or people we know personally.

Your Paid Square Invoice Is Your Admission

The address will be released only with a paid Square invoice. Please have your invoice printed or available on your phone when you arrive.

Admission requires both a paid invoice and a scheduled pickup time. There is no admission for walk-in shoppers.

Admission is limited to one shopper per paid invoice. This includes spouses, relatives and other members of your group. If multiple people want to attend and shop, each person must have their own paid invoice and scheduled pickup time.

Locating Your Purchases

Your paid invoice will list each item you purchased and its location within the home.

With assistance from a Jennarocity staff member, you will retrieve each item from the location shown on your invoice.

Bring Your Own Packing Supplies

Please bring bags, boxes or packing materials required to safely remove and transport your purchased items.
