Terms & Conditions
We accept debit and credit cards and cash. There is now a convenience fee added to credit card purchases of 2.5% due to processing fee increases. You must have help to load heavy items I can’t help you. All items must be collected from the house on sale day. All valuables are removed until sale day. There will be security on site. Numbers for entry will be given out one hour before we open both days. This is a two story home with two additional out buildings please be aware of your physical limitations the elevator present in the home will not be operational during the sale.

This sale is an old fashioned estate with some things of great value like collectables antiques and one of a kind art and then some things that are quirky like the biggest smoker I have ever sold. There is nice traditional furnishings as well as some project pieces . There are antiques from Europe and America as well as all the woodworking tools to set you up in a furniture or cabinet shop. If you are remotely creative this sale is for you. There is something for those that are considering opening an embroidery shop too with a commercial embroidery machine. Just so much for you to see, buy and take home. I will post pictures daily so check back often.
