Cash or major credit card accept (Card will incur a 3% processing fee, only accepted for items over $25). Verified Zelle payment is also acceptable. Not responsible for accidents or for damage to the items or property (you break it you buy it). No small children please or pets. Buyer must be able to load their own purchases, but we can help if not too busy. Do not park in the driveway-only on the street (we can arrange for loading of numerous items or larger to come into the driveway on an individual basis). No onsite restrooms available, and no entry to areas of the home that are closed off (some of the more expensive items will be available to view upon request for retrieval).
