A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person at 8am to determine order of entry. We will let in 45-50 people to start at 9am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. This is a 4 day sale. The first day is full price, 2nd day is 10% off, the 3rd day is 25% off and the 4th day is 50% off.

*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 3/8.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. This is a massive downsizing and there will be some items on the property that the family is keeping so we will try to keep those out of photos and they will be clearly marked “not for sale, or family keeping”
The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.
*Pets are not allowed, only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

This is a massive liquidation of the entire contents of this amazing ranch home in west New Braunfels. The family is downsizing several Airbnbs (an Airbnb SuperHost), furnishings from a large wedding venue in Spring Branch and the contents of the main house and 2 cabins, as well as a large 7000 sq ft storage barn.
