*Parking at the house is unavailable except for loading purposes. The house is located on a busy road and has a small driveway. Please park as available on nearby streets and walk to the front of the house.
*Though we will open no later than the set open time of 8am each day, if we are ready to go, we will open prior to that.
*Items on Sunday will be half-off.
*No children allowed due to limited space.
*Access to the house is limited to 20 people at a time.
*Hold tables will be staffed for your convenience.
*No large bags/purses.
*Sold “as is, where is” with no warranty or guarantee.
*No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
*Cash only sale.
*No pre-sales.
*All purchases must be removed by noon on Sunday, May 18, 2025 or item is forfeited.
*Not responsible for accidents or injuries on property.
*Help moving items will be limited and based upon availability. We will be happy to help if available.
*Please bring your own boxes and packing supplies.
*Items like jewelry, coins, etc will be removed daily from the property.
