Do not block or use neighbors driveways! We may be able to help load large items but please bring help in case our staff is busy working the sale or already helping other customers. NO CHILDREN, this sale is packed with expensive and breakable items, you break it you buy it so please ask for help with items when and where it’s needed!

Everything must go and is being priced to sell!
We will help load items where possible but please bring help in case our staff are busy with the sale.
All items sold as is where is and no refunds will be accepted, feel free to check items prior to purchase though most items are brand new and/or have already been tested to work!
Cash and card sale ONLY, 8% tax will be charged on all sales.
All items purchased must be picked up no later than by the last day's end of sale.
Not responsible for accidents. Please watch your step.
No early birds! Please no small children.
