-Because of space limitations, we do not have a hold area.
-No children please! There’s an empty pool on property. This is too dangerous to have children at this sale.
-There is an active security system w camera surveillance at all times
-Credit Cards and cash only accepted. There is a 3% credit charge fee.
-Please, no presale phone calls or emails regarding prices or pre admittance to sale opening.
-No children please!
-Must pick up all purchases by end of each sale day.
-No large bags. No children because of many breakables and packed house.
-If you choose to steal, there is security. We will notify authorities. There are no public restrooms.
-Because we are preparing for the sale, we are not able to respond to questions of early admission, pricing and availability of items offered in sale. All items are sold as is with no written or expressed warranty. All items must be removed days of sale.
-Please come back to view Photos! Not responsible for accidents. All items are sold with whatever knowledge we’ve been able to attain.
