1. All pickups must be retrieved on the same day. Please ensure that you have made arrangements for removal of your purchase. 3rd party delivery service is available through our trusted partners if you so choose. We do not offer any removal, loading, or moving services, but we can provide you with the names of third-party moving companies if you require assistance.
2. All items are pre-owned and sold as-is. Please exercise caution while selecting items, as they are in varying levels of used condition. We do not warranty the authenticity of any item, and therefore, there are no returns or refunds. This estate, however, features many select and higher end items.

3. All items left without permission will enjoy a 25.00 a day late fee. After 3 days, your item may be donated.

4. We do not allow children, dogs, or strollers. Please be aware that entering the premises is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the pickup. Please exercise caution while navigating the property as our warehouse has many moving parts. We prefer you simply meet us at the dock. All retrieval of merchandise will be at the dock doors.

5. Please note there is heavy security, and you will be on camera while on the property.

6. All applicable sales taxes will be charged. Please send your tax exempt certificate to enjoy tax free purchases to info@consignmentcrush.com or show it to the cashier.
