3. We do have the phone number of a paid mover to help with large purchases if needed.
4. Nobody is allowed on the property overnight or 1.5 hours before the start time of the sale.
5. The state of Texas requires that we collect sales tax on your purchases.
6. *CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED AS LONG AS THEY ARE WELL BEHAVED AND ATTENDED BY A PARENT*
7. ** IF YOU BREAK IT, YOU BOUGHT IT! I appreciate your understanding.
8. Any & all thefts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Think about it, it's not worth it! :-(
