Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS! REMEMBER TO USE GOOD JUDGEMENT IN WALKING AROUND A HOME OR A YARD THAT YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.

ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.

We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.

Just come to the sale, you will be glad you did.
This is a large home filled with treasures! The owner's original artwork is here and will be for sale. We also have coins, a John Deere collection that includes belt buckles and hard to find service medals as well as some toy tractors. We have military memorabilia, western cast statues, pottery, beautiful furniture, a full kitchen and a cookbook collection, patio items and a garage. This is a fraction of what is here so stay tuned for photos as we begin organizing.
