Home is equipped with security cameras and alarm system. Please do not block or park in driveway. Be considerate of surrounding neighbors. We accept cash only for purchases under $300.00. For purchases of $300.00 and over cash or Zelle will be accepted. Credit cards are NOT accepted. Prices and information on any items are NOT disclosed prior to the sale and we do not discuss prices during the sale. Bring assistance and tools for your large, purchased items. All items are sold as is and the opening new sealed items is not allowed. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! Food and drinks are not allowed. Property owner is not responsible for any accidents. All valuable items are removed daily and brought back the following day of the sale. There are no public restrooms.

We have an A.B. Chase Baby Grand Piano from early 20th century that has been well cared for.  Additional antiques include a Lincoln Cash Register Base, Vintage Royal Adderley Floral Bone China, Santons D’ Art Figure by Lise Berger Marseille, Antique mirrors, Corning Ware, Fostoria Jamestown Amber and Clear, Sterling Silver service pieces, and vintage leather suitcases.

The furniture includes two Twin Jenny Lind Four Poster Beds, Davis Cabinet Co. 1947 Lillian Russel Bedroom Furniture, a Michael Taylor chair, a down filled Sofa with cushions, and a marble coffee table.

Need electronics? We’re selling a flatscreen TV, a reciever, and speakers.
