All items sold 'as-is' ‘ where-is’.
Any unmarked/tagged items brought to checkout without a price will not be sold until further research can be done. Time line may be next day.
We will pre-sale specific items "by appointment only'' beginning Thursday, August 4 at noon and closes Wednesday, August 12 at noon. Dealers welcome! This offer is not an early shopping excursion for the complete Sale. This is intended only for specific and unique items that you may find of interest.
After pics are posted, please call me to discuss your interested pieces. All items pre-sold must be removed from the Sale location before the Sale opens unless other arrangements are made.
All items pre-sold will be marked as Sold or pics removed from EstateSales.net by 8:00 Wednesday evening before the Sale opens on Thursday morning. Check this site Thursday morning to verify your items of interest are still available.
Pets: Only service dog pets allowed.

We are in this business because we like what we do, who we serve and the Customers we get to meet and greet. However, we do reserve the right to ask any Customer to leave or refuse service to anyone if we are not comfortable with their presence, think it interrupts the flow of the Sale or makes other Customers uncomfortable. In addition to the fix-it 'stuff', there are personal and household items present.
Clothes - Shirts, Slacks, Sport Coat, Dress Slacks, Shoes (Sizes 38x32 pants, many new), Shirts XL - mostly short sleeve, Shoes Size 11 (appear to be wide), Socks, T-Shirts (new), Cuff Links.
Household includes: Glasses, Corelle dishware, Cooking items - the 'traditional' George Foreman Grill, Deep Fryer, Sandwich Maker, Corelle Dishes, Glasses, Kitchen Utensils and some very nice Knives and Knife Sets, Queen Sheets (new), Towels, Afghans, and Exercise machine! Cleaning Supplies.
Vintage items include: Oster Ice Crusher, Harvest Yellow Plastic Canister Set, Avacado Green Salt & Pepper Shaker set, Men's Key & Jewelry container, Kenmore Sewing /Embroidery machine.
Our Client was a 40 Year Engineer at Texas Instruments. Life-long Bachelor. Outright Fix-It guy. He fixed Cars (hence Tools), he was an electrician (hence anything to do with Electrical, Wires, Boxes, Fuses, Breakers, Outlets, Cable Running equipment... etc. etc.) He was a wood worker. Saws, Sanders, Drills, sandpaper (belts, disks, rollers, all grits) bench sander. He had a flair for antique cars and rebuilding anything on wheels. Hence, an Engine Mount, old school tire changers, Bubble Wheel balancers.
But, firstly, he was an engineer. Check the pictures, an amazing collection of meters, electronics, capacitors, resistors, tubs and tubs of wires, circuit boards.
