No public restrooms. We are here to get rid of crap not deal with yours.
No large purses, bags, or backpacks are permitted into the sale.
Audio and video recording devices may be present on the property.
The home may not be entirely ADA compliant.
Sales tax at a rate of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases.
Firearms, both long guns & handguns, can only be sold to legal Texas residents.
We do our best to accurately inspect items for flaws and in good faith present our items as genuine but please inspect for yourself. Caveat emptor.
All items are sold as is where is. All sales are final.
Bring help to load your larger items sale staff is not able to provide loading help.

We have had an excellent time in Trophy Club, but alas, all good things must come to an end. We still have lots of treasures left and the owner has instructed us to sell it all. Join us today for 50% off all remaining items priced under $1,000. Doors open at 10am.
Perfect 10 of a sale just off the 10th fairway in Trophy Club. This beautiful home, with a beautiful view, is full of beautiful treasures that can be yours.
Here's a small sampling of what's included:
Lots of Mid-Century Modern furniture, most of it high-end from Danish designers.
Large home appliances; Whirlpool washer & electric dryer. Clothing; both current styles and vintage men's & women's wear. Lots of jackets and coats. Some military uniforms. Home staging decor. A literal ton (maybe even two) of books. Vinyl records 33s, 45s and even 78s. Fine china and lots of kitchenwares. A wine refrigerator.
Plenty of garage stuff--tools, hardware, cast iron cookware, power tools, lawn equipment, a beer fridge, flower and gardening items, a safe, electric heaters & plenty more.
Lots of electronics--multiple flat screen televisions, printers, DVD & Blu-ray players, even a Sony Beta-Max player and other gadgets.
Come to treasure hunt; give yourself time. There is a lot to see and the view is incredible.
