Three‑Day Discount Policy
* Day 1: Full Price — Prices are firm until posted discount times.
* Day 2: 25% Off — A 25% discount applies to most items unless marked “No Discount.”
* Day 3: 50% Off — A 50% discount applies on the final day unless otherwise noted.
* No Early Negotiation
* Bundle Pricing — May be offered at staff discretion after discount times begin.
* Pricing Decisions — In the event of a discrepancy, the decision of the estate‑sale staff is final.

Payment: Cash or Zelle only. No checks or credit cards.

Parking: It’s in a quaint little gated community. HOA has requested patrons to park outside the community gate on Chatelaine Drive and walk through the pedestrian walkway.

Safety & Liability: Neither the property owner nor the estate‑sale staff is responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage on the premises.

Access: No public restrooms. No pre‑sales or early pricing information.

House Rules: No food, drinks, or pets inside the home. Service animals are welcome.

Purchasing & Pickup: Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Bring your own bags, boxes, tools, and help. Staff cannot assist with lifting or loading.
* Pickup Windows — Large items must be picked up within one hour at the end of the sale on the day of purchase.
* Driveway Access — May be limited to short, supervised loading periods.
* Missed Pickups — Missed pickup times may result in forfeiture without refund.

Breakage: If you break an item, it becomes your purchase.

Security: Theft will be prosecuted. Video surveillance is in use.
