Downsizing Sale of Legendary Local Thrifter, Rhonda Lindsey

Do not block driveway of the sale or neighboring homes.

We are a registered business with the State of Texas and WILL BE COLLECTING SALES TAX unless you have exemption documentation.

Attend sale at your own risk. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. There are a lot of little steps and uneven floors from one room to the next.

You break it, you buy it.

We will do everything in our power to help all of our customers but please bring help to move heavy items.

Be respectful of other shoppers and Madstyle representatives or you will be required to leave.

Please respect that we do not negotiate prices during sale hours. Day one of sale, prices are what they are. We are going to be busy and do not have time to individually adjust prices. This applies to everyone. You are welcome to leave bids on items with the cashier, and if your bid is the highest bid & is higher than what an item's reduction price will be on the second day, we will get in touch with you to let you know you have won the bid. Please only make bids if you are going to be able to come back and complete your purchase during sale hours the next day. Bids can be made in any dollar amount on the final day of the sale and if you have the highest bid on an item or items left at the close of the sale, we will contact you to complete your purchase and pick up your items. You must be able to pick up your purchases by Tuesday.

Individuals & companies are invited to bid for leftover items at the end of the sale. You are bidding for all remaining items that have not been spoken for. Winning bidder is required to take everything.

All sales final.
