- We do not assist in moving large items. Please bring help. Sold items must be removed prior to the end of sale or will be considered unsold. There will be no refunds.
- Sign-up in person beginning one hour before the sale. Only a limited number of people will be allowed in the house at a time.
- Anyone caught changing prices will be removed and not allowed in future sales.
- No Public Restrooms
- No Pets
- No Backpacks or Large Bags
- Children Must Be Accompanied by an Adult
- Not Responsible for Accidents
- Sign-up will begin one hour before the sales begins the first day. If needed the same process will be repeated on the following days.
- Only a limited number of individuals are allowed into the sale at a time.

This fabulous home is packed to the gills with treasures. Collected over multiple generations, the collection includes many pieces of Eastlake style furniture, gorgeous China and Silver pieces, countless kitchen items and dozens of beautiful sets of silverware. In addition there are beautiful works of art, rugs (including a zebra), linens, jewelry, tons of seashells, hundreds of books, and an unmentionable number of other interesting items!
The home's former owner was a cousin of renowned San Antonio master carpenter, Johannes Sholze. Sholze handmade many of the beautiful pieces in the home, including a full bedroom set.
All items will be full price on Friday, April 4th. On Saturday, April 5th, items will be 25% off (some exclusions apply). On Sunday, items will be 50% (excluding furniture which will remain 25% off, and previously excluded items will remain full price).
