A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person at 8am to determine order of entry. We will let in 35 people to start at 9am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. This is a 3 day sale. The first day is full price, 2nd day is 25% off and the 3rd day is 50% off.

*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 1/25
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the 2nd
and 3rd day.
The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.
*Pets are not allowed, only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

Our next sale is located in San Antonio near Fort Sam/BAMC. This home has a lot of gems. After retiring from the Air Force as a Colonel, the husband and wife began selling antiques through several Malls. Lots of vintage and antique items throughout. They liked their English furniture and there are several nice pieces that will merge with most any style of décor, with an emphasis on simple lines. Art Deco Rosenthal china, a complete silver-trimmed set of Noritake china, and crystal decanters liven up the dining area. Antique books, German pottery and antique books adorn the bookcase.
Curiosities from many eras, old crates, and ephemera abound. A large collection of beer glasses were amassed over time, along with an enormous sports card collection (mainly baseball), of which many boxes were never opened and still in cellophane. There are Texas vanity license plates spanning the 70-80's, along with a clean set of unused Hemisfair plates. If you’re into stamps you won’t want to miss this sale as there are thousands of unused sheets of vintage and antique stamps along with organizing books. Quilts, afghans, barrister book cases, and drapery fill the guest bedroom.
There is vintage Christmas with appearances from Trolls and Smurfs. There are several quality stereo receivers, musical equipment, and office supplies galore (don't sleep on this if you run a business or need extras for school).
We will also be auctioning a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe with more details to come on the vehicle.
DIYers, as with all dealer homes, there are projects. Great time to find some items ready for a quick fix or repurposing at great prices. Artists, tons of older books that are not in great condition for collage and decoupage pieces.
