1. All items in the sale are being sold as is on where is without warranties or guarantees. Please make sure to look your items over before being purchased.
2. No holds on any merchandise to be sold.
3. All purchased items must be removed by end to the sale! Special arrangements can be made if need be.
4. We do not put out any sign in sheets on sale day. Please make arrangements to be here on sale day.
5. We are not responsible for any accidents or damage for any items during loading.
6. Payment can be made by Cash, Venmo, or Cash App.
7. We allow people to start the line as early or late as they want. You can mark your spot by either standing/sitting in line or in line or if you want to set a chair down in line and wait in your vehicle that’s fine too. Please no cutting in line.
