Reserving your spot in line early is optional. the $5 fee you pay to reserve your spot in line for opening day is refunded to you in the form of a credit when you spend $10 or more on day one.

FAQs:

Presales? No. We do not allow presales.

Why not? It's not fair to our shoppers that attend our sale in-person on opening day. It's disappointing for our shoppers who show up expecting to buy items that are in the photos only to find out they were sold early. I'm sure you'd feel the same way. ;-) We take pride in creating a fair shopping experience for everyone.

How to reserve your spot in line early: We allow an online sign-up sheet to give shoppers the option to reserve their spot in line early. This is a convenience that allows you to know where you are in line before showing up. It's completely optional. When you reserve your spot in line early, you pay a $5 fee. AND THEN you get the $5 back in the form of a credit when you spend $10 or more on day one. We do not profit off the $5 reservation fee however if you do not show up, the fee is nonrefundable.

Why do you charge a $5 fee? We charge the fee to cut down on the number of no-shows. When we do not charge a fee, we get hundreds of sign-ups which then lead people to believe they will have to wait much longer to get into the sale when in reality a huge percentage of the free sign-ups don't wind up attending. The $5 fee has drastically improved this experience.

What if I don't sign up online? We will have an in-person sign-up sheet at the door.

Do I need to be on the list to attend the sale? No. Walk-ins are welcome! We usually don't have a line after 12pm or so on the first day. Day 2 and Day 3 are much less chaotic if you're wanting to avoid the line altogether.

What forms of payment do you accept? We take everything except checks. If you're paying in cash, exact change is appreciated. Coins go fast during sales with lots of cash buyers. Trust me. We love cash but it's hard to keep our bank full when we have busy sales. We do NOT charge a card fee.

Can your team help me load furniture/heavy items? No. Sorry but we cannot help you move or load any furniture or heavy appliances. Sometimes we have a dolly available but we can't guarantee that. Your best bet is to bring your muscle. Or, if you're really lucky, there may be a young, strong shopper willing to help you. I wouldn't count on it though.

Can I buy furniture and pick it up later? Yes! You have until 3pm on the closing day to retrieve your items. Any items not retrieved by closing, will be forfeited.
