2. Entry & Line Protocol
Entry System: Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign in sheet will be distributed starting 1 hour prior to event.
Occupancy Limits: We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home at any given time to ensure safety and comfort.
Holding Items: Due to space there will be no Holding area
3. Item Removal & Moving
Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for moving, dismantling, loading, and transporting all purchased items.
Moving Assistance: Express Estate Sales staff members are not available to lift or carry heavy furniture or large items. Please bring appropriate help and tools.
Pickup Deadline: All purchased items must be removed from the property by last day of sale event at 4:00 PM on the final day of the sale. Items left past this deadline will be considered abandoned with no refund.
4. Safety & Liability
Enter at Your Own Risk: Express Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slip-and-falls, or damage to personal property while on the premises.
Property Respect: Please respect the home and surrounding neighborhood. Do not enter marked "PRIVATE" or "NO ENTRY" areas, bedrooms, or closets.
Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Parking & Neighborhood Rules
Park Responsibility: Please park only in designated street areas. Do not block neighborhood driveways, mailboxes, trash collection, or fire hydrants.
Driveway Access: The driveway is strictly reserved for loading heavy items after purchase.
