We will not disclose prices before the sale or presell any of the items. The last day to sign up for VIP Access is Friday, 9/11 @ 12:00 PM.
Our VIP Access Pass Subscribers will be allowed to shop first starting at 9:00 AM. You must show your pass to enter early. There is no sign-up sheet for all other shoppers, so line up early if you wish to be one of the first to shop at 10:00 AM. We may limit the number of shoppers in the home at one time depending on crowd size. It is a 2-story home.
All sales are final, with no returns, and no exceptions. Cash and credit/Debit Cards are accepted. All credit/debit card purchases will have a 3% administrative fee.
Our client and Lone Star Legacy Liquidators are not liable for any injury or accident that may occur. Our staff is not equipped to carry and load your large furniture or large item purchases. You will need to bring help. No public restrooms. No large tote bags, oversized purses, or backpacks - you may use one of our shopping bags while you shop.
