Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Luxury Retold. If you are the successful winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) won from Luxury Retold. Furthermore, a bidder acknowledges that proper and careful due diligence has been conducted prior to placing any bid, and that the bidder knowingly and willfully placed a legally binding bid. Buyer's Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, Luxury Retold does not list reserve prices. Should a bid come close to a reserve amount, Luxury Retold may decide to sell the item below its set reserve. Please note, Luxury Retold auctions may contain a 'Hidden Reserve'. This means that if the lot does not meet its designated reserve, the lot will either be 'passed' or; should there be existing bids on said lot, be 'sold to the floor' (meaning item was not sold). If an auction is displayed as 'No Reserve', this means that any of the lots in this specific auction do not need to reach a specified 'reserve' amount above the starting price.
