This is on a narrow private driveway. Please parallel park on the shoulder. Recent rains have saturated the ground and you may get stuck if you pull too far off the shoulder. ALSO WEAR OR BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY for the walk to the house. Enter through the front door and do not block or park in front of the garage. The internet and phone signals are not great so please bring CASH to avoid a prolonged checkout process. This is not a very child friendly sale, if you do bring them we ask that you have control of them at all times or you may be asked to leave. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur and you may be held responsible for any damage to the property.
