Items are priced according to the condition that each piece is in. We have taken that into consideration when assigning a price to each item.! Some of the items have been priced by the homeowner.
Items are sold as is, and no returns or guarantees WHATSOEVER . It is the customers job to inspect items .

We are a true business and we collect sales tax to be paid to the state.
RESELLERS; If you are buying items to resell, you must provide for me and be able to leave me a copy of your resale certificate. I do not provide these forms. If you cannot leave a paper certificate with me, I will be charging you tax.

This house has a lot of wonderful collections. There is a very large collection of stamps being sold as one.LOTS.
Also, a very large and extensive collection of knives. They are all priced individually, and I had a knife expert come and do the pricing for them.
Lots of wonderful clothing there is a closet with size 0, two, extra small and small. Along with men’s clothing. There’s another section of women’s clothing that are size mostly sixes and eight. Upstairs is extra extra large. These clothes are very beautiful and in great condition. Most are back from the dry cleaners and high-end store brands.
This house also entertains a large collection of beautiful jewelry, including gold and diamonds, David Yurman, Constantino and John Hardy. Along with Sterling Silver and Sterling. We also have costume jewelry.
A large variety of games both Vintage and (new #) will be upstairs. Many pieces of beautiful furniture, and household items.
There are four original oil paintings in this home too from John Strevens, along with two other paintings. All have had appraisals done on them.
A large selection of books is available. We even have one dating back to 1847. Little leather bound books, Hardy Boy and Nancy Drew collections from the 50s and 60s. If you like Like vintage or are you just like to read you definitely won’t want to check them out!.
