TERMS & CONDITIONS – ESTATE SALE (SPRING, TEXAS) �By entering this sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions. �Entry and accessEntry numbers or a sign‑in sheet may be used; the method will be posted at the door.Entry may be limited for safety and security; please follow staff instructions.Children must remain with an adult at all times and may be restricted from certain areas for safety reasons.Payment and pricingAccepted forms of payment: cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App; you are responsible for having your apps and funding ready at checkout.All sales are final; no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.Sales tax will be collected as required by Texas law unless you present a valid resale certificate before checkout.Prices are firm at opening; any discounts (for example, 25%–50% off on later days) will be clearly posted and are subject to change without notice.Holding items and sold statusAn item is considered sold only when it is paid in full at the cashier.Items placed on “hold” must be purchased within a reasonable time; unclaimed holds may be returned to the sales floor.No pre‑sales or early shopping before the posted opening time unless specifically stated in the listing.Condition of itemsAll items are sold AS‑IS, WHERE‑IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.Buyers are responsible for fully inspecting and/or testing items before paying; there are no adjustments after checkout.Pickup, moving, and large itemsBuyers are solely responsible for disconnecting, moving, loading, and transporting all purchases.Staff are not required to assist with lifting or loading; please bring your own muscle, tools, and equipment.All large items must be removed by the end of the last sale day (or any posted deadline). Unremoved items may be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.Bags, packing, and securityPlease bring your own bags, boxes, and wrapping materials; a limited amount may be available on site.Large bags, purses, or backpacks may be restricted or subject to inspection when entering or leaving the sale.Tag switching, concealment of items, or any theft will result in removal from the sale and may be prosecuted.Parking and property rulesPlease be respectful of neighbors: do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or traffic.Follow any posted parking signs and any parking instructions from staff.Do not remove or disturb landscaping, fixtures, or items marked “Not for Sale.”No smoking, vaping, or open alcoholic beverages inside the home or on the property.Liability and riskEntry onto the property and participation in the sale is at your own risk.The property owner, the estate, and the estate sale organizer are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss of personal property.Disputes and general termsIn the event of a pricing or tagging dispute, the estate sale organizer’s decision is final.Service may be refused to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, consistent with applicable law.Dates, times, available items, and discount schedules are subject to change due to weather, safety, or other circumstances.Thank you for respecting these rules and helping keep the sale safe and enjoyable for everyone.
