Greetings to all!  This sale is located in Temples Historic District; Home was built in 1928. The owner has packed all she wants to take and headed to New York. ALL remaining items will be sold. CASH ONLY SALE. We are still in the process of inventory and finding lots of items. This is a very small sale. Everything must go! No holding back. Saturday everything will half off of ticket price. Anything remaining after Saturday's closing maybe donated or given away. The garage is full of LOTS of hand tools.

                We do not assist in loading, bring your own help. Everything sold AS IS, where is. NO refunds.

     PLEASE NOTE: HOUSE HAS BUILTIN CABINETS, THEY ARE NOT FOR SALE, GOES WITH THE HOUSE.
