Greetings!  This sale is a large one. actually, it is two in one. Owners pasted away, son moved into home and had all his items in storage and moved to garage, he passed away leaving the house full and a large moving van full in the garage. Everything must go!

This home is located on a busy street with NO parking on street. Limited parking in yard (If rain has not made it soft and muddy) We suggest that you have your driver drop you off in front of home and come back later to pick you up. The city does NOT allow anyone to park in the front yard. We are working on a parking area in lot next to our house. You can park on the street west of the home, about a half block walk.

Everything must be removed from home by 5 p.m. Saturday this last day of sale. Saturday everything is half price or more.
