A few friendly reminders:

Text/Email with questions we will gladly answers if time allows!
We are not able to give prices before sale opens and no presales.
We accept cash only!
Feel free to leave bids at the sale for items over $50.
Bring help and tools needed to load large items and pick up by end of sale.
Please don't request to buy items before start of sale.
Please don't block the driveway.
Prices are firm on first day of sale but will be reduced on following day(s).
