Farm House Estate Sale

This one is going to be fun!!

We did the sale in this family’s Tyler home in 2024 and have now been contracted to take on the farm house.  The previous owner was a collector and what we suspected turned out to be true. . .the farm house is a mini-version of the Tyler home (not quite as much flow-blue and Waterford but still a lot of very collectible pottery, china, wall art, etc.  The country house is out of Troup on FM15 and is easy access from Tyler, Henderson, Troup and Jacksonville.  We have priced things lower so that first day purchases are quick and then we will discount on the second day to make you fill you cars and trucks.

·         NO GARAGE OR BARN ITEMS (they didn’t have that sort of thing)

Not a huge sale, but one that should have something for your collectors and some money-making items for your dealers.
